For the price you can't beat it. I basically just use it for the flavoring as I throw in a scoop of beta and citrulline, and even throw in a 100mg caffeine pill

I bought this one and it's one of the worst flavors I've tried. Just FYI, as I probably will never purchase this flavor again.

Does what it's supposed to do though, and great before a workout. I don't get the tingles from it like other people do, maybe I've built up a tolerance over the years.

for flavored creatine it isn't expensive at all, and on a per serving basis it is cheaper than buying energy drinks for the caffeine.

However, the pictures on the listing are likely a lie. they've changed formulations and there used to be more creatine per serving.

30-60 mins before your workout at efficacious dosage. Enhances blood flow/pumps, but not really energy, so take stimulant (caffeine) if you want that.
