KMSpico has been abandoned for a long time. Microsoft Activation Scripts (MAS) activates both Office and Windows 10/11 (including permanently through HWID). You can get it off GitHub or GitLab. It's open source.

Just a heads up that those with Windows 7 keys (or 8/8.1/10) can still (legitimately) use them to install Windows 10 or 11 with a fresh install. In-place upgrades are a different story.
I was able to upgrade from 8.1 to 10 about two months ago without doing a fresh install. I just downloaded the upgrade tool and everything worked automatically.

That would be one of the "loop holes" I mention.

Interesting. I never played with 8.1 at all. AFAIK, you can't upgrade W7 to 10 any more using the upgrade process but it you install 10 and use a W7 key, it works fine to activate 10. On a new hardware, you can then go to W11 from 10 for free as well.
*** Edit ***
Apparently, as posted by @Formless, it seems a W7 key works fine to activate W11 so you do not need to install W10 and then upgrade. Save a step on fresh installs of W11 for folks with W7 keys.
Yeah, just spelling it out for others and clarifying you can straight install 11 with the key and don't need to install 10 and upgrade as you've said (or at least alluded to) in the thread. No big deal.
"Genuine Microsoft OEM license key
One key per device"
OEM versions are tied to the first computer they're installed on and can't be transferred. Retail versions can be transferred to new hardware.

Difference is that new W11 is a bad joke on us...
