Not at all. Once you are used to using super 33 everything else is hard plasticky junk. then you start using Tesa and it all goes downhill from there...

I quit buying cheap electrical tape. After awhile it gets brittle and the glue gives out so the tape unravels and makes a sticky mess all over everything from my experience.

If you have a Harbor Freight nearby you can get 10 rolls of similar spec for $6.99 or about 70 cents per roll.
Pretty good stuff. Read the reviews https://www.harborfreight.com/60-...63312.html

This stuff says economy electrical tape, not auto tape. I don't expect much from it at this price to be honest.

I bought a roll the last time around. This is not 3M quality, notice it says Auto on it. I don't think it's suitable for secure house 120-240 volt wiring projects. Above dollar store quality but I was surprised it carried the Duck brand on the package.

If you need reliable tape, use 3M super 33+ (source: I used to work mobile electronics and 33+ would survive mid-atlantic summers and winters for years).

cheap, if that's all you need. You want good electrical tape that'll last, look for something else.

No, it isn't. Someone that claims it's the among the best is either lying or just clueless. (...or thinks it's funny to mislead others.)
