Purchased this model for kid's room when it was on sale. I didn't expect anything except it just working, so my expectations were extremely low, but this TV is a complete junk, after 2 months dead pixels occurred in 10 places and each pixel was probably around 2 inch, I have never seen that before in my life with any tv. It was replaced by the warranty for the new one even though I just wanted the refund. New tv was fine for a month and then a loud buzzing noise started to coming from the television for a couple of days and it just stopped working. I spoke with a manager and was able to get a full refund and was given $50 gift card for the inconvenience. I then purchased budget visio and it works fine since then with no issues.
Bought 3 50" for business display when they were $100 each couple years ago. At around 1 year all 3 died, won't turn on again
At this price? Absolutely.

Are these good enough for an office tv? I need three for the three "executive" offices in our new place. Use will be security feeds an maybe a March madness game here or there pretty much no actual tv watching.

Better pick it up. If you buy online, make sure to test it asap. Bought 2 around 3 weeks ago, return both this week. One had a hole on corner, one cannot install the stand.

I mean….it's Walmart…they have pretty decent return policies, and their extended warranties aren't expensive. Bought a 42inch onn roku smart tv back in 2020 (that year they were practically giving tvs away at around the holidays), still works perfectly and going strong in our teens' room.

Noise is sometimes seems disturbed but it's just due to settings

I picked up a very similar model back on 11/2020 during the Black Friday sale for $128. No complaints. The TV is actually very light at around 25lbs. Not sure I would buy it again at $199 though, since better TVs usually appear at that price if you wait. I replaced it with a TCL 55" QLED 5 series that was on sale for $199 during the last Black Friday sale.
