I have a pair of refurbished Soundcore earbuds from Ebay as well. They've worked and looked brand new from day 1. I have a hunch they sell their "damaged packaging" and overstock stuff as refurbished.

Have you tried changing the size of the earbud tips? I had the same issue with one ear falling out and the other didn't. I changed to a smaller size on the side that was falling out and it fixed the issue

Serious question... When you are using them for phone calls can you hear from both sides like stereo?

I had some thay by default only worked on one side during calls. Hated them.

I got these the last time they were this price last year, and they have worked great for me so far with no issues. They arrived looking like new. the ANC works well, but it isn't 100% it's much better than anything else offered at this price.

Yes. you hear from both earbuds when you're on regular phone call, MS Teams, etc.

Few questions: can you use only one earbud at a time? Can you do multi point with these (connecting to phone and laptop at the same time)? how is the call quality on MS teams?

How is this for 5-6 hrs call? Is it comfortable?

Do you feel the same way about eating at restaurants where the forks and spoons have been in other people's mouths? That has to be an order of magnitude worse than earbuds in an ear.

Then why not just wipe them down yourself? A pair of wiped down headphones are going to have less microbs on them than a new pair.

I guarantee they aren't shipping out unsanitized used earbuds as "refurbished". It costs them maybe 50 cents to swap the plastic tips for new. You're assuming they would risk the potential legal liability of millions if even a single person acquired a problematic infection from a used product? It's a biohazard so of course they are going to replace the tips.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with buying refurbished. I see this all the time on this website with people bringing their preconceived misconceptions about refurbished being inferior. Okay, have fun paying full retail I guess. ✌️
