Never expected to see this album on SD, buy it, you won't be disappointed. I don't know how many times I played this album back in the 70s but it still sounds incredible.

For some reason, Best Buy was selling this for this price when all their other vinyls are over priced.
Fantastic album.

I had no idea this post would be so popular. I recently bought an original LP from the1970s (it wasn't cheap), saw this reissue for good price and decided to share.

I have used the inside cover painting for my YT avatar since I joined in '05. I thought no one would remember it almost 40 years on.
Happily, that was not the case. There's still a bunch of us geezers around, I guess.

This album has been reissued multiple times on CD and vinyl, with extremely variable quality. Some were sourced from digital remakes and are highly compressed. I would be interested in the dynamic range and source of this one.

Edit--Might have found it on the wiki:

In 2010, the original 1969 stereo mix was remastered and reissued on 200-gram super-heavyweight vinyl. This edition was cut by John Dent at Loud Mastering, it was approved by Robert Fripp and included a download code for a 320 kbit/s transfer of the original 1969 vinyl.

At least this one is better than Youtube videos enough to make young generations believe vinyl sounds better than digital. lol.

These guys have plagiarized Kanye, right? /s

Considered their best record
While the influence of this record is indeniable, I would go with Red as their best.

I saw them live in concert back in 1971, they were great, but I like Pink Floyd better.

I have this, it's great. They did, however, remaster it again a couple years ago, as this one is the 2010.
