RYOBI introduces the Impact Rated Driving Kit (30-Piece). RYOBI Impact Rated Driving Bits are built to withstand the tough demand that comes with the use of an impact driver. The 2 in. bits feature a TORSION ZONE that is engineered to absorb the high torque and demand that comes with the use of an impact driver. This 30-piece kit offers a variety of the most commonly used 1 in. and 2 in. bits, along with specialty socket adaptors, nut drivers and bit holder. The included case is compact and modular, meaning the bit holders can be removed or rearranged. This allows for complete customization of accessory kits. This kit includes 30 bits in sizes 1 in. and 2 in. For more things RYOBI, visit RYOBItools.com.
You better buy two sets if you use an impact driver because the bits are so soft that the screws will ring off the bit heads after a few uses. I bought the 50-piece set around Christmas and these are hardly hardened at all. I though how bad can they be? Well pretty bad.... The bits fit in the case so tight you will need a pair of pliers to pull them out. Socket adapters work well.
I saw some reviews saying this and I bought some anyway. You're all totally right. One slip up and the bit is pretty much toast. Should've went with a higher end brand originally…waiting for one to go on sale now

I didn't get that impression from you at all! Thought it was very nice that you answered without going "DUH!" - which is what I would've deserved. Thanks again for that!

Could someone explain to me how I'd know when to use drill bits vs impact drivers? I have both an electric drill and an impact driver but I still get confused over which to use for certain jobs and which drills/bits to use.
