That 15% off coupon got nerfed a bit last year. It used to be stackable with other offers leading to great savings but now you can't do much with it. Still a good deal, but I actually just had mine expire because I couldn't find a really great way to use it in time.

Don't get too excited about the welcome kit. The only thing that we found useful was the bag holding the "$100 value items." We found signing up at Enfamil site way more valuable. We at least get some formulas and coupons in the mail despite waiting for months.

Chat with Target CS they will issue you a new one. They can see your old coupon weren't used in time.
