I've skied in -15 and there's no way this or any 3 in 1 jacket is gonna keep you warm. Should be fine for 95% of resort skiing though.

But it's a liner. It's not suppose to be windproof I thought? It's suppose to wick your sweat/moisture away from your body to keep it dry.
