I called the clearancechair phone number on google maps and it was the phone number to titan/osaki. i spoke to a rep, emailed him the promo code to clearancechair.com and told him im local and asked for a discount.
He told me since that model is being cleared out, he can only give me a discount on the tax and give me white glove delivery since i am local.
I paid $1000 out the door and got the white glove delivery.
My point is, this is legit. you can call titan/osaki yourself. And if youre local, you can save on tax and get free installation in the room of your choice instead of curbside delivery

I'm 50+ UNDER yours and i just received my shipping email today with an estimated delivery of 4/26. Which goes to show that order number doesn't really mean anything.

A little bit of buzzing when running, but not too much. Seems to work well and quite comfortable.
Haven't spent too much time in the chair but my verdict is: it's not quite as nice as the really expensive ones but pretty good. Physical quality of the materials is kind of eh with some odd choice of textured materials in certain places that make it obvious why if I saw it in a store I might not pick this particular chair. It's clearly not optimized for fatter people or anyone too too large but my thin 5'11" body fits in it fine. Heat would have been nice. Given where it is in our living room now I can see why having a zero wall clearance would have been a nice thing since we had to move it forward quite a bit to get it to not hit the wall when it reclines. Almost wondering if anybody makes a small dolly to put it on with wheels that would allow us to push it back when it's not in use. Still for $1,000 it's the best deal out there.
