Too small for me. My minimum is 4-5 quarts.

I have the 6 qt Martha Stewart and surprised at how well it retains heat and cooks. I own staub and le creuset in diff sizes as well and I think this is a good deal at $30 for this piece

Are you able to crisp items in a dutch oven? Is it comparable to a non stick pan or is it more like a stainless steel pan.

I bought one of these, in this size, on mega clearance about 5 years ago. Didn't have very high hopes for it but it has turned out to be incredibly useful. The small size is perfect for a dinner for 2 or for making bread in it. The enamel has held up very well inside, but there are now 1 or 2 chips on the exterior enamel. For comparison, most of my enameled cast is le creuset. The LC stuff definitely has a more robust finish, but for light to medium duty use, this thing is great to have. To me, it wasn't worth spending 10x on a LC piece that I was only going to use every few weeks at most. No regrets at this price point (I paid $19.99 5 years ago)

My MS dutch ovens have chipped as well, but I use them a lot (3+ times a week). I have 2 LC dutch ovens that are older and I've not had them chip yet, but I don't think I can say they're necessarily worth the extra money. I'm happy with both brands.

I have the 5 qt version of this that I bought on an older Macy's sale and it's still going strong but the enamel cracked almost immediately. I only use it for soups that simmer on the stove. have had it for like 6-7 years now.
