These grow very slowly, and never get wide, so you need many of them for privacy. Green Giant's are a better choice if that's your goal.

I thought Tujas were green giants.
Do they shed more or less compared to green arbs?

Anything good for privacy but not as tall as the green giants? more like 13' or even under 10'.

U leave out the fact that green giants grow much taller, and not as thick/compact. So not better. Just different.
