No it's not. From reading the reviews seems like this item comes with a pump. Description doesn't specify that. Hope this helps Smilie

Thank you. I keep seeing bot posts every now and them. I search up for something and I start seeing posts with 0 comments all posted by staff. It's becoming hard to trust the deal posts.

Just a note to Mum's and Dads who may be as clueless as I am on basketballs.

So this is a 28.5" (ie size 6) ball - it's a youth size. Even though I saw a reference stating it's good for boy's ages 12-14 my son has been playing at least since 13 on a size 7 full size 29.5" ball so check with your kiddo's coach. Also I believe there may be different rules / timing on ball size vs age for girls.

Also this is an outdoor ball - you'll find it feels a bit harder perhaps than an indoor ball but it's fine to play in either environment. By contrast the indoor balls feel softer to the touch, maybe almost stickier and I believe shouldn't be used outdoors - they would get scraped up fast.

Lastly, when I bought the blue 29.5" version for my boy it was the current $16.99 and did come with a little hand pump. Nothing fancy but at least you're all squared away. I bought blue because we've lost a rather pricier indoor orange ball in the gym - they all look the same orange - and my children are apparently afraid to write their name on their gear.... so that ladies and gentlemen changed the instant the ball went MIA. God I feel like I'm turning into my parents.....
