I purchased this vacucum based on this thread and it arrived three days ago and already broke. I'm sending it back. It doesn't have enough power to spin the head on most of my carpets. I'm just not impressed.

Definitely weaker than those powered ones from Dyson. This is meant for light duty use I believe .

Is the charge port on the v11 still on the back of the grip? I've got a v7 and it constantly shocks me when I'm vacuuming carpet which doesn't feel great

I see V11 Torque Drive model is back in stock. it comes out to $318 be4 tax, around $340 with tax.
The THINKGREEN code didn't work. but is this is same price people paying last week or that $318 was WITH tax (because of the coupon code)?
