Not sure why you're getting downvoted. But to answer your question, yes you can use it as an old customer. All you have to do is create a new account with new email address and a new phone number.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking... If you're asking me to recommend you a phone number... You can ask a family member, a friend, a co worker, your neighbor, anyone that you know. As long as the number isn't a VoIP or a landline. You need to be able to receive a text message from them that includes a link to your coupon. Hopefully that helps or answers your question.

A lot of people here have added the free phone numbers from TMobile. I've used new customer Microcenter coupons multiple times thanks to those numbers laugh out loud
