If you want an example it's pretty much exactly like Nesquik chocolate powder.
Vanilla ice cream is also true to the name (if you use milk). I'm a vanilla person but in the long run I prefer the chocolate more.
That being said the Vanilla powder is great to make smoothies, pancakes, ice cream, etc.
On a cut I highly recommend using unsweetened soy/almond milk. Negligible calories but the texture & flavor is alot better imo.
