They pretty much cover everything.
Come on Apple, you couldn't figure out how to make your CC and bank work together?
Compared to PayPal and even your average online bank, the usability is poor and the interest rate is just average.

Took me only a couple of minutes
But for the low information (or caring) Apple user or those who finally realize that the sub 1% or less interest that their vacation money was earning, it seems simple to get them to move their money. A LOT of people don't usually have enough money to care how much interest they're earning on their cash and there is a LOT of money in the big mega banks paying nothing for interest. The big banks (ex. Chase, BOA, etc.) won't care - this will be a rounding error in the loss of deposits for them. This may put a little hurt though on the regional banks deposits.
For those, like you and I, who realize we can make more in interest at 10+ other different FDIC insured institutions with a little research, this is not a deal for us. In addition, there are still too many little unknown details with this Apple account that need to be addressed. Even DOC is still vetting this out.
This may eventually be a boon for those of use who do watch & chase interest rates. If Apple makes enough of a splash with these rates, it may drive other banks/fintech's to raise rates past 5, or even 6%, by summer time. (hoping this is the case)
It's also not worth the hard pull - especially for those who watch/track their 5/24 credit report inquiries, chasing valuable Chase Credit Card bonus signups.
This thread will get as many downvotes as your post - but your post was valid.
"Those who know, know!"
An internal employee accused the CEO of funneling money to his personal account.
The whistle blower was subsequently fired by Axos. He filed a wrongful termination lawsuit, and won that case in 2022 for $1.5 million.
"The jury found that Erhart "reasonably believed" the bank's conduct included: high deposit risk concentration; giving a misleading response to a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission; failing to disclose subpoenas to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the bank's regulator, in response to its request; and providing risky loans to criminals or politically exposed people, those who, because of their public positions or relationships, "may present a risk higher than other customers by having access to funds that may be the proceeds of corruption or other illicit activity," according to bank regulators."
Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. Stay away from UFB.
