Pretty good rate for savings account on Paypal. Has all the usual features like no minimums, no fees, etc.
Only downside compared to other banks is, there doesn't seem to be any sign up bonus if you already have a paypal account.

just closed both my paypal accounts. Was scammed and basically paypal did nothing. Never link the bank accounts and it's a big risk doing so. No mention put the money in to account.

Convenient if you're already using Paypal, but Wealthfront is at 4.3% APY and is pretty much a regular checking account with no restrictions.
