need $1249 for free shipping???

grinder is $35 on amazon, however tanner have it as $56.70 - do they have anything competetive? just pay the $35 or get down to harbor freight and cut out the palaver.

Well said. While Power Tools and the Shipping policy you pointed don't appear to be as competitive as other players in the space.. I'll say that their Fasteners and Anchors are the best pricing and delivery times that I've experienced. As a business it's easy to hit the order price point, so why not snag a free grinder.

Pretty sure I paid about $30 for this at Tractor Supply. Granted, that was several years ago, but they have it for $45 now, and a 2-pack for $60. And for light use, this is the sort of tool that you don't need to spend big on, as a cheapie from Harbor Freight will work fine. Free is always nice but I doubt most of us need to spend $300 with Tanner any time soon.
