If you want it for anc the 5, if you want it for bass the 4 (both seem to have the same hinge break ability that Sony headphones have had for like a decade, making the eBay refurbished warranty ones worthy of consideration when available as the sony warranty doesn't cover breakage in the hinges 🤷)

At the moment I have QC35 ii , would I feel important? I like the sound quality and how they feel over my ears.

No 2 year allstate warranty on this . On their eBay store, they offer that. I Wonder what the warranty is on this.

I placed an order but I didn't know that they sell two versions of this, used and refurbished. This is for the used version. I think the last two posted deals for these headphones were for the refurbished version which had positive feedbacks. I don't want to take a chance on used and have to pay for the return shipping, so I just requested a cancelation.

It depends what you care for, rtings.com rates the ANC on the xm4 higher than xm5, bass more prominent on xm4 but fixed with EQ & phone calls better on xm5. The look is something else to consider.
