Seems like the case. Just went over to the store near me. Will see what happens. I had to go out anyway.

Edit 1- he told me $590 after tax. Nope. Not even the $509 sale price.

Edit 2- they figured it out. $460 plus tax

That seems fishy... i would ask for a manager or call someone else. You're sure yours was a corporate verizon?

Nah. They finally figured it out. I added another edit. They were somehow scanning the wrong thing.

Nothing. Just asked for Verizon account phone number. I don't know what the F he did wrong the first time but he must have somehow keyed in the wrong code. When he scanned it again it showed up the correct price.
