Then went back to the store to return and the supervisor asked why and I said I found it cheaper and he said let me price adjust it for you, and I said too late full refund please.

I wanted to do that. I just didn't want to waste my time anymore. The guy somewhat tried. The only reason I couldn't escalate it is because when I bought a television three months ago, I had to get $200 back and I spent hours emailing Corporate on the phone with Third World party from Best Buy and nobody gives two craps. I literally wasted hours of my day frustration for watt for no changes. I went back in frustrated and they help me out in store, Best Buy is super conservative now. Nobody wants to lose her job to match something that Verizon had the no other store. Not even Sony direct Todd and it's dumb on Verizon's part because I couldn't even login to get that price is only in store and I put the speaker on full blast with a Best Buy manager, hearing the price and availability in store from Verizon but they couldn't do anything. Everybody was just scared to give me the price adjustment and it just sucks because I'm like dude your policy literally states here from the website from local retailers that doesn't exclude only online people don't know how to read bro it's embarrassing but he couldn't do anything. I have the receipt what am I supposed to do go back and put it in his face and then get a credit back and undo that it's forget it. I had a gift card from Best Buy. Best Buy just loses its place and value in my eyes.
Then had to go to the Costco right down the road and was pleasantly surprised to see a 4 x $25 pack of PlayStation gift cards selling for $89.99 (which I guess is actually the standard price at Costco??) which ended up being a nice little cherry on top.

I'm all for low prices, but come on...Sony finally got more PS5s than buyers and you want more than 20% of a knock off? This is slickdeals, but you're asking for damn near highway robbery....especially considering the PS5 without GOW still retails for $500, so this bundle is already drastically better than a straight retail purchase.

Milpitas, CA
CSR confirmed I had an account.
Asked for number, checked my ID, and asked for access through my phone, so I had to give permission via the Verizon App when the notification arrived.
$504 (rounded up) out the door for me.
