Forgive me if I am wrong, but 15 amps is usually a whole room, or a dedicated device like a refridgerator... not things normally plugged into a smart plug. I would only use a smart plug for a table lamp or other small similar device A lot of devices that require a significant amount of power reset themselves when they loose power completely anyway.
Lots of wifi plugs are 15a, that these do not state 15a likely means they are not.

Their website says they are only 10A.

Still a pretty good price if you make sure not to overload them. One of the reviews says that they work with the Smart Life app so they should play nice with Home Assistant.

Is 10A enough you think to control a Christmas tree rotation motor or motorized curtains?

Looks like they're the same thing [tuya.com] aka exact same (but separate) app with different branding. Although this page implies Smart Life has enhanced features [shores.dev] like ifttt that Tuya doesn't have. I use Smart Life (actually with these Nooie plugs that I bought back in 2020) and never heard of Tuya so had to look it up as I was curious.

Repped. That was very helpful. I wished i had known this. I am not sure i want to create another account to switch to smart life, let alone redo my Smartthings.

it should be but there should be a sticker that shows the wattage on the motor housing /power supply .i'm assuming you don't have a 50 ft tall christmas tree so 1200 watts should be more than enough

does anyone know what kind of wifi chip they have ? is it beken or esp ? I would love to put tasmota or esphome so that I can control them locally instead of having to go through some remote overseas servers.
