$25.00 daily resort fee that covers self parking and Wi-fi. In other words 25% daily mark-up that covers what should be already included in the hotel charge.
Nothing there but funny math.

Still might be a great deal for a night or two en route to/from Sedona, Flagstaff, or other spots with milder weather Wink

The daily hot breakfast is pretty solid here! Great deal for $99 and super close to lots of great Scottsdale attractions and a short drive from some nice hiking trails.

Isn't it going to be super hot during those months?

For those that are interested in checking out Phoenix or Scottsdale, when is a good time of the year to visit?

October through March is probably best, weather-wise. However, it's also busier since the snow birds descend upon the desert.

I live in Arizona, we have the best winters in the country, but summers get to 116 degrees May to August. The Sun is very strong too. So, September to April are the best months to come here.

the local sonesta near an airport here has half homeless people living there permanently. so all the reviews are from travelers on vacation complaining about stuff like some okies pitbull biting their child.

Its stifling hot in Arizona from may-sept even at night. Plan on staying indoors the entire time. All hotels discount rooms then because everybody leaves.

If you come from a humid climate, it can be refreshing. I've done a lot of multi-hour hikes in 100-110 temps around AZ, since 20% humidity makes it feel tolerable. But hydration needs are high, and it never stops feeling like you just stuck your face in the oven Wink

Sitting by the pool with no breeze is not going to be very pleasant. But getting out of the pool feels like your just bathed in rubbing alcohol!

Even 20 years later, my wife still has PTSD over sleeping at a family member's house in July and his swamp cooler A/C could just barely get the house down to 85 in the middle of the night. I assume hotels have better units Wink

Yea I mean culturally homeless, although they have a roof over their heads they bring the tao of the homeless with them indoors. They have the universal power to magically turn a brick and mortar structure into tents and tarps.

Read the reviews yourself I dare you not to lol https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel...esota.html
