Got one at my local Costco. Awesome deal. These will be all gone once heat waves hit SoCal in the next months.

This seems to be a great price for a dual hose ac unit.

Got one in store, so far it's been good. It's not very powerful though, even in a small room, but it's good enough.

Remote is finicky and sometimes misses the signal, but it works.

It's not that good compared to LG's single hose portable ac, which went on a Slickdeals sale for $325ish. I returned this Hisense.
a dual hose not as good as a single hose? really?

^ Considering the current price of both portable ACs, I guess the Hisense is good enough. But if you can get the LG one for sale again, it'll definitely cool a lot better, at least from my experience.

I had dual hose before it is loud and my electric bill was so high , have central AC but not enough for second floor i had to upgrade and that was the best thing i have ever done . So my advice if you are using it on the basement or you dont have other option go for it otherwise kip .

I've got this in my grow room and it cools a 12x13 with no issues. The app works great. It no louder than a box fan. It's on the second floor and my only negative is that I can hear the humming in the room under it. I'm no pro but it's my understanding that a two hose unit will almost always be more efficient than a single hose.

I had 2 of these units in AZ. if you try to turn these things on in the blistering heat the compressor doesnt seem to turn on and you get no AC. I ended up returning both. They work fine if you have them in an area that is already cool.

anyone know how much power this uses on startup? Wondering if this is a good backup ac/heat that would work with a small generator 2000w?

Does anyone know of a way to install these with a stupid window that open sideways?
