Dude I have been drinking black coffee like a madman for the past 25 years. My boss is a navy sub guy. I am here to tell you Folgers tastes like sawdust. I don't know what you are smoking. In this man's opinion the best mainstream ground coffee is the McCafe premium, Dunkin, and Tim Horton. What you are talking about is horrible. There is a reason it is by far the cheapest stuff you can buy

But to each his own. If you are putting a bunch of creamer and sugar in it then it really does not matter what you use

10 years ago we did a big supermarket coffee taste test. Dunkin Original performed the worst, even compared to Folgers.

Have they improved in the past 10 years?

No, I tried the whole bean coffee last year and it was dreadful.

When you say the whole bean is dreadful, do you like Dunkin coffee in general? i.e. you order coffee from Dunkin' Donuts and enjoy it there.

You have to select Subscribe and Save - shopping cart with coupon came to $12.94 for 30oz original ground which is about $7/lb. In New England, you can find retail DD stores offering 4lbs in the $22-24 range, ymmv.

Yes, their original is our go to medium roast. Prefer it over any of the other options available at Costco (price v. Taste)

Highly subjective but out of all the dreadful coffees in the US my family finds the original blend DD bean to be the most palatable (either ground or whole)... followed by Nespresso capsules then every/anything else.

I agree with absolutely everything you said. Even the best mainstreams.

Subscribe & Save is $18.92. Minus the 30% is $13.24. Where are you getting $10.43-$12.33? Am I missing something?
