I'm an auctioneer for a liquidator in middle TN. These are solid quality for the price but I've seen a high rate of them come through with broken legs. I'd be aware of that on assembly or moving.

I'm 90% sure this is made by the same company that makes the Macy's Jollene sectional. If there is a Macy's Home store near you, I would just go try there.

I dont think its made by Burrow. If you watch the video, it says "Gillman Creek". I'm 99% sure this is just made in china by a large manufacturer because variations of the same couch (I've seen them all in person) are sold at Macy's and also on Amazon.

This couch is delivered by Costco where they bring it in and assemble for you.

It comes in three pieces with the legs not attached so they're pretty big.

I just ordered another couch from Costco. The unit was 3600 and 'on sale'with original price over 4k in fabric. Unit arrives smelling like chemicals and is super light. If you sit on it, it slides even with a rug underneath. The unit arrived severely damaged and they offered a credit if I kept it but they refuse to give me back the difference in the sales tax I paid. They have terrible customer service workers who don't want to be bothered with basic customer service issues.
