Has dropped to this price 20+ times in the last 3 months. This is a normal price. Great torque wrench, however, if you are not in a rush it will go lower.

Bought Oct 2018 for $29 so could go lower. I would recommend if had below $30

ive had a few harbor freight wrenches become really off with time. usually the higher quality torque wrenches stay calibrated better throughout the years. i would get a tekton at the bare minimum, but regardless of what you get just remember to unload it and put it back to zero when storing it.

hasn't been that price in a while. probably won't be with inflation.

It's actually best to store a torque wrench at 30% load, I have learned over the years.

I've had this for several years now and used it many times. It's pretty well-made although the adjustment knob's gotten a bit "rough" of late, perhaps because I dropped it a few times, or maybe due to so much use. Could probably use some cleaning and lubing but overall I'm happy with it.

I have 5 torque wrenches now and this is one of my 2 most used ones, the other being a Levixon 3/8". I also have a Tekton 1/4", a Levixon 1/2" that goes up to 250ft-lb, and an old beam style wrench that I never use anymore that I got decades ago for bike adjustments.

Don't cheap out and get the HF. I looked at those and they just feel like crap. Do you really want to risk snapping a bolt or having one vibrate off while driving on the highway because you used a cheap and inaccurate wrench? Spend the extra $20 or so bucks.

Yeah, all the YouTube reviews of the cheap HF wrench are when it's new and while they show that they're reasonably accurate when new, over time their reliability becomes very suspect, often failing to noticeably click and resulting in broken fasteners.

great value for a torque wrench!

I've had mine for 8 years and it's still in spec and working great. my only complaint is the slop between the handle and the torque markings. It's hard to tell if you're within the right range. Maybe they've fixed this in later iterations though (mine has unpainted markings but the latest are painted).
