Sofirn is a respected company in the "flashaholics" community, regularly talking with customers and enthusiasts about their products. Also, I have the original BLF Q8 (sold as a 5000-lumen light), and love it.

Something to note. According to 1Lumen reviews, this Sofirn Q8 Pro drops from 11,400lm when turned on to 4286lm at 30sec, and is down to 2000lm at ~10min. The original BLF Q8 measured 5044 -> 4728 -> ~4400 lumens at those same times.

I don't at all mean to crap on this deal. Just beware that brightness drops differently for different lights, so even when you buy from brands that don't inflate their initial lumen count, that number may not be practical for some uses.

You can, in the Advanced UI, click 7 times and the LED will toggle from low to high to flashing to off.

This is a legit deal for a stronger flashlight than you'll ever need. It's the real deal, definitely not spam. Change your notification ot only look at titles.

I got a dud last time I ordered from Amazon. How is their return policy?
I own over 20 of their lights. Never had an issue with any of them. Their service has always been top-notch! I've bought a couple via Amazon, but most via their site.

I suspect this is a spam/ad post. It triggered some of my deal alerts suck as "iPad Pro". Slickdealers beware.
The description of the battery bank function specifically mentioned iPad, which is likely what set it off. SD's deal alert function isn't terribly discerning - I suspect that's deliberate on their part so that anything even vaguely related to what you're looking for that might also be of interest causes you to be alerted. They want to make all the money they can help you save money on things you'd want, after all.

I mean, it's on sale, so it is a deal…

This flashlight needs 4x 18650 batteries. Unless you have a ton of extra 18650's laying around, the $11.52 extra for four probably fairly decent 18650 batteries isn't too bad.

Own this. Pretty powerful and working well so far and durable. Probably overkill if you just need a simple flashlight. Good deal at this price. I think i paid around 70 not including tax around 6 months ago. Only gripes are feels a bit big in hand if you have smaller hands and you can't seem to turn off the standby led light if you don't want it on.

Edit: as mentioned below there IS a way you can turn off the standby light

If you go to the product page on the link of this deal and scroll down, there's actually a pretty good diagram further down of the whole Andúril UI. It takes a little studying it, but has lots of neat buried functions.

Well, I have a dozen+ Sofirns (not this specific one) and they've become my go to. You can't beat the build quality and price, plus they're big on customer feedback for development. I haven't touched any of my Fenix or Streamlights in ages. The anduril 2 is awesome.

Also, for anyone looking, I prefer the 6500k over the 5000k
