Sorry to be the guy that brings it up - but - I've been using a $15 off brand from Amazon for years and it's been awesome. I can't post it here but it's "Wali" brand. Disclaimer it seems to be around $20 now.

Was your 3d printer and the filament for this less than $35? If so, I'm totally in to stop this cheap hobby that I will in no way sink an insane amount of money to produce things I don't need but must have.
