If the Entrant meets the eligibility criteria set forth above, to enter online Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by going to the website located at http://MOMweekdays.com/ during the Sweepstakes Period and following the steps below:


A. Watch syndicated episodes of "MOM" (the "Show") weekdays during the Sweepstakes Period (check your local listing for time of broadcast). During each broadcast of the syndicated episode of the Show during the Sweepstakes Period, an entry word will appear on screen (the "Word of the Day"). The Word of the Day may also be referred to as "Bloom of the Day" on the Show, Sweepstakes website, and Sweepstakes Page.

B. Entrant must then access the Sweepstakes webpage via the banner located at http://momweekdays.com/ and clicking the banner.

All Prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded.


NATIONAL GRAND PRIZEWINNER:

· One (1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following:
