I picked these up the last deal round.
Pros:
Sound is incredible compared to the Xbox Wireless headset. You can set up your audio EQ with their software and a PC, and have a wide range of preconfigured EQ settings for specific games. I set mine for warzone and the sound is crisp, footsteps behind you are much more noticeable. The mic is also crystal clear. Battery life is excellent, and these are way more comfortable. Xbox headset was a little small, giving it to my 10 old.
Cons:
Old school USB cable not USB C for charging. Kind of annoying.
The dongle is sort of a set back, which is what makes these headsets compatible to your Xbox. I also cannot start my Xbox with my wired controller because it seems to be confused by the USB dongle.
Well worth the 100 bucks IMO

I have this headset, and I love it! Great comfort and versatility between my next-generation consoles.

Have one of these that's over two years old with daily use and it's still going strong. Own a pair of 9x as well, which are less bulky but I think I prefer the 7x

Have had these for 6 months and really enjoy them. Were $90 on BF, but no case.
- Mic is excellent and has just the right level of mic monitoring (Hyper X was way too strong, like I was interrupting myself).
- Super comfortable, not Sennheiser comfort, but good enough for 2-3 hours.
- Pretty solid audio performance. Great for shooters if you're not ultra competitive and only care about hearing footsteps. They are fun to listen to and not tiring to me.
Only issue I had was that they stopped charging after 4 months. Couldn't find any help online. Email support Steel was slow, but they clued me in on a reset button under one of the hear cups. Just needed a reset and then was good to go.
Last gripe is micro USB, if money wasn't an issue I would get the update with C.

I've had these for years when they were like 40 bucks at Walmart clearance
Build quality has been the best I've had so far, it's pretty damn good
Mic is excellent, got a 9.0 on rtings
Comfort was great at first, now I might need new ear cups idk
micro USB has been fine, I usually use with the aux cord tho as that cord is pretty long
