Wow, surprise weekend only sale since I just saw this for $20 during a longer "May savings" sale. All the bundles associated with NBA are trash. It'd be nice if they lumped in PGA for another +>$10 like they did before. I think NBA + PGA were down to $35 at one point. After feeling the smoother gameplay from 18 on PS4 to 21 (free via Epic, I'm biting on this for PS4 as I prefer console to PC. Thanks!

These games always get a lot of hate but this is well worth the price, especially the next-gen version.

There's a reason it's so cheap. Terrible game, 2k are so trash that some youtubers who make their living on this game have stopped playing it.

The basketball gameplay aspect is top notch but the game as a whole is designed like a free to play game (and it has been like this for a long time). Be prepared to spend another 100 dollars to make any kind of realistic progress in any of the main modes.

I enjoy this. I created a mock season and put in some of the greatest years of each franchise and simulated the season and am currently playing the playoffs. It even puts in the old arena name like Chicago Stadium or The Omni in Atlanta. At this price it's a great value imo.

i have a group of friends that loves going into blacktop mode for local play and choosing your favorite players for 2v2s and 3v3s. we found it hard to play online on mycareer/myteam modes because of the lag and the toxic community. we love basketball though and it scratches that itch.

I used to buy nba 2k every year, then PlayStation plus gave it for free a couple times and now it's on Xbox game pass
