No it is not worth it. Phillips TV's are actually manufactured by Funai. A long time ago, they were actually manufactured in Tennessee by the real Philips. I have a Google (Android TV) Funai Phillips and the quality is subpar. Slow processor and low memory. Remote works 1/2 the time. I have a Hisense and an ONN and both are much better than my Funai.

The ONN's aren't too bad for the price. I've got the 40" 1080p Roku variety. It's good for everyday watching and gaming in my living room. Though I would like to go 4k at some point.
I've recently had several 65", a 55" and recently a 43" Philips & Magnavox branded Roku TVs. They've been solid budget TVs. They're now my go to brands. Used to buy Insignia's, but since they are Fire TVs for the most part, I switched. Sam's Club sold TVs come with a 3 yr warranty included. Although, the 65" Philips Roku is $348 and a 5yr Square Trade is $49 at Walmart currently.
