I been searching for pressure washer deal for almost a month 3500 psi or larger. It's very tempting to buy this but I don't know my deal will come from lowes.

Limit one offer per customer. You need an e-mail and a phone number to create the account. Just the phone number to buy the cards. I've had helpful associates let me buy cards one at a time in my "co-workers" accounts while I was there to save them from having to drive over.

Many DGs have rules/restrictions relating to GC purchases... some are cash only; some are cash or debit only... These are local management rules, typically instituted after they've been burned by fraud- these are not corporate restrictions. If you want to use a CC, and you believe there are restrictions, try and checkout on a self checkout terminal.

A few years ago Dollar General had a 15% off deal on the giftcard but that was before the digital coupons. I bought 6 $500 cards (but I could only get 3 at the same store) as I was getting ready to build a deck. I paid $2550 for $3000 in the giftcards , the decking was on sale and I got the military discount on the order. Saved a bunch of money. I guess they closed that loophole since its a digital coupon now and you need the account.

It takes very little effort to make multiple accounts. My parents needed a lawn mower last year and I used a few accounts to get them a few $500 cards, I think total OOP after mil discount and gift cards for a $2300 mower was around $1850. There's enough DG's along my commute that it didn't really matter, but I could have easily gone different days/shifts to avoid raising flags.
