This is a pretty good deal if you're not a Costco member. The 20 pack at Costco works out to $2.40/can before tax. Costco occasionally runs a promo for $10 off the 20 pack, making them $1.90/can. If I recall correctly, Costco previous ran the special during the US Open. I'm holding out to see if Costco runs the special before I run out.

$2.40 was pre Covid. Nowadays its $55 for 20 cans = 2.75. Yes! they do run promotion $10 or something like that, one or 2 times in a year

Thanks for the info. However, Costco does not currently have these listed on their web site. Will keep an eye out.

For what I heard from multiple sources, Costco Penn balls have much worse QC, even than Walmart.

If you play matches, stay away from Costco Penn. If you just hit against a wall or use in ball machine, no big deal.

I've had the opposite experience. Pretty avid player, have gone through about 5 20-can cases from Costco over the last 3 years, probably 1 unplayable ball out of all of those. Bought some loose cans from Walmart during the pandemic when Costco was constantly sold-out and 1 out of 4 cans had at least one unplayable ball.

Penn v/s Wilson? Any recommendations?
I find penn balls usually to be lower quality than Wilson ones wrt bounce. Especially on in relatively cold weather.

Yes, I've experienced that. Penn balls are good for warm weather whereas Wilson is good for cooler weather

I have bought a few cases through Costco for the last few years. Most of them are all good except for my last case. 10 of the 20 cans were completely flat, but at least Costco gave me my money back for the whole case. I do prefer wilson, but I usually cant find those on sale.
