seems to alternate with this "sale price"
given it's $10. but the laser is only as useful as the tiny cheap bubble level is accurate. you need a self leveling laser to get decent results. save your money.

For the line level, go with an auto leveling green laser over the red. It's really hard to see the red in brightly lit rooms, while you can see the green outside in broad daylight.
Project Farm has a video on tape measures you can check out, but even then it comes down to preference on certain features.
For the beam level, any all aluminum level will do. Or you can go with a digital level with an angle finder built in.
