Weak overweight gas guzzler. For 0.36 gallons it will support a 7.5 amp 120 volt load. 0.36 gallons per hour at 50% rated load which is only 1750 watts.
Other conventional generators yield more than twice the kwh from the same amount of fuel with double or triple the load capacity.
Wild voltage surge: When any motor or compressor starts the voltage sags badly from lack of torque from the tiny 223 cc engine. That behavior kills your gear faster than its high THD. On propane it only gets worse. Nice that this is dual fuel ready but don't expect to run a portable heater in freezing weather from a BBQ tank.
For the same money a hand carry inverter will purr while out-putting a clean 2000 watts using only 1 gal of fuel for 6-8 hours and up to 12 hours on eco mode.
Bottom line: Best feature is reliability. If you have the space for it, don't mind the noise or the fuel guzzling and have very low power demands from things that can run on dirty power and won't die an early death from wild voltage fluctuations and high THD then it could be the right choice for you.
If you really want a 3500 watt conventional generator then compare the specs with other conventional generators.
Better recent deals which are not available today:
420 cc 7500 rated running watts, 9600 watts surge with remote electric start 120/240V wgen7500 $535 ( propane kit extra ).
224 cc fully enclosed inverter 3700 4500 watt surge super quiet remote electric start, runs up to 18 hours on 3.4 gallons, 120 V igen4500 $585 ( dual fuel model on deal $800 ).
If you have a propane tank for your home and want a back-up generator, and will be plumbing a gas line and building a generator shed and running power out to it then look for engine size 389 cc or better. Dual fuel and 240 V features on this have very limited use situations.
