I will try to reach out to corporate now since everything else seems like a lost case.
How long did it take for your $75 credit to appear?
The UPC on the one I ordered says OOMATELOAIR2, 100-0460-300, and on the BB Telo it say OOMA TELO, 100-0239-602. However, the part number on the back of each has the same number, 110-0148-312. So they are one and the same, and on the Linx box it says on the bottom that you must have Ooma Telo or Ooma Office.
I think they are just shipping the white box without the retail sleeve, which didn't have any store name on it or the tag. They both had the same plastic wrapper with the two notches on the back for two ports and it didn't look disturbed. I think they are new, or at least mine is.
