How does this compare to the Blackstone. I have the 2 burner Blackstone but I've been looking for some more cooking space

Works just as well and the hole for your oil/grease is in a much better spot. I've owned one for 3 years, use it regularly and love it.

I really want the 5 burner model, but it's $400. Not sure it's worth that much more than this. But I hate that this doesn't have a hood.

I just bought the 36" Blackstone for $297 from Walmart on Wednesday. My son just ordered this one and first thing I noticed was the grease drawer. Looks like a better idea.

If I don't have a sams membership, and I am planning to throw away my 10 year old butane grille. Would this still be a slick deal? Webber grille options are too expensive.

I was going back and forth between this and the blackstone 36". Ended up going with Blackstone because the location of the grease hole on the members mark. In hindsight I probably should have went with the members mark for $120 less. Oh well…

Yeah me too. My Blackstone came with the hard cover that you can hang off the back but it's right up against the grease cup. I'm pretty happy with the Blackstone but for $120 less and the front grease drawer I probably would've went with this.

You'll have to check but some people have said Sam's will give you a one day membership trial. I don't know if it's still going on but they were doing one year memberships for $10 for Sam's Club birthday. I just did it a few weeks ago.

I'm ready to throw away my 22" kettle grill but this seams smaller when it comes to cooking area, or am I miscalculating it?

Cooking area is roughly 36" x 22". The corners don't get quite as hot as the rest of it but still cooks.

I'm not sure when it'll go 0nsal3 again, but I got the pro series 5 burner griddle for $170 on clearance in Sept or Oct last year. If it happens again this year, pick it up. I'm very happy with the build quality.

I've been waiting on that 5 burner to go on sale for a few months now. This one has gone on sale twice already.
