At the risk of missing your sarcasm, it's not actually Radium, which I think has been very illegal for a long time on new watches. It's superluminova (so it glows in the dark for a time) which is dyed to look like an old Radium lumed watch. Radium lume kind of browns out over time. The only radioactive lume you can get these days is tritium.

They're all made in China regardless of the brand owners location. This is how microbrand watches work in general. And China is making very high quality timepieces these days, see San Martin for instance
