Hands down the best earbuds I have ever had and replacing the rubber in-ear bits with foam bits from Comply easily doubled the noise isolation when using sound canceling and also doubled the hours you can ware them before it becomes uncomfortable.

HOWEVER, Sony has a ton of these to refurbish that have had the batteries burn out because of a flawed software update last year. If you get these make sure the first thing you do is update them.

I would not do business with secondipity. The batteries for mine died after 6 months and Scondipity didn't budge on their warranty. I sent a letter, took photos, and just was hoping for some kind of support but their warranty is 90 days which just sucks. For $40 more you can get amazon warehouse airpod pro 2nd gen and be happier for it if you are an ios user.
I don't comment often, but it should be communicated the risks with purchasing these have proven very real. One of the few times I have regretted a refurb purchase.

Ebay warranty is covered by Allstate, which, in my experience, has been good.

I had some weird white noise on the over ear x4s. Anyone have any idea if that happens with these?

Bought a pair from this seller about a year ago. They work great.The noise cancellation is so good that I stopped bringing my WH series headphone to flights. They are also convenient for everyday use due to its small size. Recently Sony added multipoint support to this model, making it easier to use across devices.

I bought a pair from them, returned them the next day. Batteries didn't last 15 minutes

This is a hit or miss. Bought this from them last year and the battery didn't last more than 10 minutes. Return was easy enough. I think this was $79 last year.

Bought mine a little over 1.5 years ago, battery on right started to die extremely fast. Sony did end up replacing mine, even though it was out of warranty. Didn't have to pay anything for shipping either. I'm not sure if warranty exists here for eBay units, BUT.. Sony didn't even ask for proof of purchase, so if anything maybe you could get away with saying it was from Amazon?

I had this Earbuds for around ¿1.5-2 years?they where amazing best noise cancellation battery hold like a champ just achieving what was stated on paper but extremely rare they're would moments where left or right earbud would completely turn off and I would have to put inside case and take it out to be able to reconnect to android phone without further issues, after that happened for the 5th time in less than 3-4 months I sent them in for Allstate warranty thru eBay, filled a form (easier than expected) and sent them in to repair with free shipping label, unfortunately they where not able to fix my pair and REFUNDED me the FULL AMOUNT that I originally purchase them for via check thru mail. Taking away that some units come bad from the batteries and probably ¿fitting issues? I would totally recommend this Earbuds for quality sound, amazing control system (though not personalized) and incredible Noise cancellation.

This model has been on my watchlist for a while, its very tempting for me. I am looking for a headset with very good ANC, with as good voice transparency as I can find, and these seem to be some of the better choices. The only problem is I can't seem to find any comparisons of this feature for most earbuds.
