My account was frozen when I first logged in using the app with my VPN opened. I read online a lot people had this same issue, so make sure you don't use VPN with USbank.
My main bank halted my $ transfer and placed a fraudulent activity marker on it. This happened after I verified the US Bank account with my main bank (Ally). Ally said something on USB's side is the cause. 🤦 ♂️

Nope. I used my phone app without any VPN. In all honesty, I never used a VPN on my phone.
I checked again, under setting, more connections. phone under VPN says "None"

I too am waiting for my money back and if they take more than 10-14 days, I'm going to be filing complaints. The whole failed deal was such a waste of time of multiple phone calls. When I talked to them, they said because I am flagged in their system, they will never do business with me in the future so don't try. From reddit posts, it looks like there isn't anything we can do, and if it was this much work in the first 1.5 weeks of the new account, I shudder to think what a pain it will be later. I think their fraud/risk model must be very broken.

No VPN. I think it was bc I did two pulls and a push of funds to the US Bank account, so they thought it looked like suspicious activity.

Umm US Bank is basically the best $0 everything bank that gives you access to Zelle. That's covering quite a lot for a business account that doesn't ask you for a single penny.
Mailed stmts, which they Never informed about, or gave notice or opportunity to change.

Hmm, is that what I was flagged for? I wonder if that was why they closed my account. I transferred from a personal account to my business account. If that is why, why couldn't they just communicate that rather than close my account? With that said, I still can't get a straight answer, so who knows.
