I just wanted to open a business checking account and found this out.

I took another look at the terms and conditions and don't see anything saying I can't go into the branch tomorrow and withdraw the funds and close the account. Anyone know otherwise?
I haven't seen any statement that you can't close tomorrow.

5/22: Created a business login profile
6/20: Funded an additional $15,000 w/ an ACH transfer from a bank I linked on the US Bank website
6/26: Withdrew $2,990 via ACH, leaving $15,010 in the account
7/26: Withdrew $14,510, leaving $500 in the account
8/8: Bonus hit

$250K insurance is practically nothing for a business with more than a small number of employees. Sure, it might be fine for individuals but not businesses.

Thanks for the info. I'm unaware that there's some 6-month rule or that closing my account tomorrow could cause me to get blacklisted. I guess I could just withdraw all the money except a dollar and leave the account open if that would be better?

They closed my account accidentally and reopen back. Also one one the online credit is missing $600. I'm trying to find out where it's now. After that I'm straight 👍
