If these are the same product that is also sold on Amazon, and that had a deal thread for it back in early March, then for me, I'd say it's a good deal...

They've been super comfy to wear at home, and sometimes even to sleep in on colder days. I think that it would be fine to wear them to my workplace as well - at least the ones in black. I'm not sure on their longevity yet though - still too early to tell.
I'm normally probably about a size XL, and I went with size XXL. Fits me well, and I don't have to tighten it manually or something.
edit- upon a closer look, the Amazon product might have slightly more cotton in it. The product page claims 66% cotton, and 34% polyester. Conversely, the Costco page claims 61% cotton and 39% polyester.
Considering that the Amazon product drops to about $15 or so a pair when the price dips down "on sale", I feel like the 5% difference in cotton might not be that big of a deal... especially considering you can get these for about $6 a pair from Costco in bulk. As someone else said, it might be worth checking their in-store inventory to see if you can get a good clearance price as well. Not sure if online pricing deals like buy X get X amount of dollars off applies to in-store stuff too though.
I will say that I haven't had issues with my phone or anything falling out of my pockets... and I have a Pixel 7 Pro, which is not a small phone. Maybe these Costco puma joggers have slightly different pockets, or maybe you guys have longer phones or something
