Also here it is for over a dollar cheaper at Walmart. Why is their deal over a dollar more? My bet is because SD gets that extra money.

Because sadly a lot of "deals" are not deals at all. They are deals for SD, not for the people

Again, $4 per can. NOT A DEAL compared to PENN.
If you are in a tournament or play serious, sure.
But friendly games and rallies, not worth 60% more in cost.
Then there's practice. Definitely not worth $4/can.

That's your location. YMMV.
My Walmart locations are still $29.97/12 cans.

i wouldn't buy these, lots of these balls will be dead out of the can. same for Costco, amazon, and Walmart multi packs. i have better luck at target single can and 4pack can, cost a little more but no dead balls.

I just learned this the other day but if you live somewhere high in elevation (Denver, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, etc) you should buy "high altitude" tennis balls. Otherwise the game becomes unplayably fast.

100% agree here. I've been playing exclusively with the Wilson extra duty for 10+ years and they're fantastic. I will say this last case seemed to be a slight dip in quality, but maybe I just got unlucky with it.
