Yes, if you are a business it would be very stupid to use these keys but for an individual using your own personal PC the risk is very close to zero
If these were basically "stolen" from Microsoft (which they almost certainly are), they do have the possibility of being revoked at any point...whether that is tomorrow or three decades from now.
Really the main personal debate over whether you should buy it is simply if the cheap price makes sense to you regardless of if/when it gets revoked/deactivated, and if you don't mind technically having an illegal license.

basically a large company will license 1000s of copies of MS office for their employees and a few enterprising IT outsourcers realized they could make a little side hustle out of stealing the keys and selling them to online marketplaces like "Royal CD Keys"
I was potentially charged a much larger price of $14 a key instead of $6.94
Fraud services called me and I had to go through robo-prompts to confirm that I tried to make the purchases along with anything else I used my card for within the last 2 days. . . . Hopefully my credit score won't go down because of this. =/
