I also was wondering this, and it doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. My assumption from reading it was that you would get your standard trade in credit, plus a bonus $50 coupon that's good toward ToTK.

Honestly this seems like a not terrible way to offload some games you don't like, that previously wouldn't have gotten $50 total trade in credit total.
