Seems like it should be able to, if the product details are to be believed:

"BMAX B3 mini PC open cover with only one touch button, no need to turn screws, just press lightly, 2.5-inch hard drive can be installed, M. 2 SSD plug in the slot, then gently push the cover back to replace the memory. (Come with a SATA cable in the package to connect the SSD, perfect choice)"

These Celerons have been superceded by the Intel N95 and N100 which are about 25% faster and don't cost much more. Look up the Beelink S12 as one example. Also, it's better to buy from Amazon because of their easy returns.

Would this configuration be able to handle Photoshop & simple Davinci edits?
This machine is about equivalent of a 12 year old machine. The cpu rating is 4000, I would pick up a used machine with a rating of 15000.

This isn't a bad deal, but like MadPup said, go to Amazon, Beelink Mini S12 PC, $150 with $50 off coupon, get an NVME slot, better CPU, and a few other things. Smaller storage and maybe some other differences though.

Looks like same Bmax B3 w/ N5095 and 16GB/512GB at Amazon :

https://www.amazon.com/B3-Windows...0BRX7NNTN/

$189 - $30 coupon = $159.99

Yes! The new 12 gen chips are out now. These older models should be $99 or less. Go with the newer ones they are more efficient and powerful.
