I have one and just bought another at this price for a backup. Love it as a sandwich and panini maker.

Pros: big size. Detachable plates that can be cleaned in dishwasher.
Cons: doesn't have any clip to close it for a compact bake, but the top part is heavy enough to do the job of pressing sufficiently.

The reviews look good and I got that $10 Best Buy gift certificate randomly, so why not? In for one.

Can I put it on table and grill meat in a party like a hotpot?

Wouldn't hotpot be boiled? I believe you meant if it would grill as in Korean bbq. I am wondering the same thing

Looks like they have a tabletop grill version for 50, might be kind of unwieldy for more than 1-2 people since the lid would get in way if sitting on the otherside. Also not sure how hot it would get if only the bottom is being used. Looking for the same thing, kbbq. Maybe the top would help reduce splatter?

Bella also makes a panini maker, I've had one for several years, got it for around $20 and it amazing, use it every weekend. So far my experience with Bella products has been great, I also have a slow cooker that I got for around $20 many years ago and it works great. Amazingly cheap but I've had great experiences so far with Bella.

Brought one several years ago. Still works good. Gave some to kids one Christmas and they really enjoyed them. Guess what a lot of my friends and relatives are getting for Christmas this year😁

I don't get the point of these. It's a cheap electric burner with a grill top. Just buy one of those frying pans with the raised grill marks on it for your existing stove. At $20 that might be more expensive, I guess, but it still doesn't take up all that counter space.

I bought one when the last deal for this came around (same price). I've used it to make paninis, grilled steaks, and chicken, I liked how everything turned out.
